About the Owner

Susan Dieker is the owner of Home Staging by Flukes & Finds. A 30 year old award-winning NorthShore business, Flukes & Finds has specialized in offering an eclectic mix of old and new furniture and accessories for home. Susan is now taking this experience and combining it with her Staging Accreditation and Interior Design experience to bring professional services to you and your home.

Susan has lived in the Greater Newburyport area for over 20 years and now lives in Newington Village, NH with her husband and cats, newly empty nesting. She is an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) and a Certified Short Term Rental Stylist. She holds degrees in Interior Design, Business Management and Marketing and is also LEED accredited for sustainable building.

Susan loves using existing pieces in the home and bringing them new life and purpose. If a client needs new pieces purchased or rented to enhance the space Susan can also help with sourcing. She is passionate about making sure her clients get a return on investment, whether that be selling their home faster and for more money or helping them fall in love with their home again. Susan now specializes in Styling and Preparing Short Term Rentals for owners that are just starting out or those that need assistance in attracting more guests, getting better ratings and higher nightly rates. Susan owns multiple Airbnb homes with Superhost status and 5 Star Ratings.
